Major Job Responsibilities: 

1, software development Hybrid Control Unit (HCU) or Battery Management System (BMS) for HEVs and PHEVs;

2, functional definition, development, modeling, simulation and verification of HCU or BMS control software core algorithm; 

3, bench test and vehicle calibration; 

4, development in collaboration with OEMs. 

Qualifications: 

1, full-time Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive, mechanical or electrical engineering, automation control or related; 

2, CET-4 or above, good in oral and written English; 

3, proficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink or other programming languages; 

4, familiar with automotive electronics development processes (Model Based Design) and associated development tools; 

5, Experience in HCU or BMS development is a plus; 

6, good team work spirit, solid logical thinking and effective communication skills; 

7, familiar with vehicle control theories; 

8, familiar with AUTOSAR and ISO26262; 

9, more than 3 years of relevant working experience.
