Automate Guided Vehicle (AGV) is widely used in logistic industry. It is important to ensure the AGV in continues, stable, and safe operation which can improve the efficiency and lower the cost for logistic companies. Azureve developd a novel and low cost operation model, which is to use a relative samller capacity of Lithium Titanate (LTO) battery pack to fast charge between intervals of the operation which will not interupt the normal operation of AGVs. The fast charging operation model is and ideal solution for large logistic center and other similar applications.
Azureve developd modular pack (12V10Ah) which covers a wide range of applications of voltage 12-120V, and capacity 10-100Ah.

· With fast charging, AGV can operates 24-7 and charge during operation intervals.

· Within 6 minutes, battery system can be recharged with 90% capacity at high charge rate (10C).

· Lower operation cost (1/3 -1/4 of VRLA ), smaller size (1/3 of VRLA) , lighter in weight (1/4 of VRLA), and long life cycle

 (over 15,000 cycles).

· Low charging voltage and high efficiency. The efficiency under high charging rate can be as high as 95%.
