Job Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the check of battery static strength and stiffness strength, finite element analysis and output of report;
2, responsible for fatigue analysis of battery systems, simulation of different impacts like drop and mechanical shocks and output of reports;
3, responsible for finite element analysis and simulation, such as the battery system fluid, and c output of reports as required;
4, responsible for the benchmark and simulation testing;
5, provide instructions for the accuracy and reliability of CAE analysis;
6, responsible for optimization plan of structural design, establish standards for CAE analysis.
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive, power machinery or mechanics related disciplines. The candidate should have good mechanical basis;
2, familiar with automotive structures and theories;
3, understand flow analysis, institutional analysis, modal analysis theories and operations. The candidate can use Nastran, Hypermesh, fluent, Ansys, Nastran, GT-Power or other related software;
4, active, good communication skills;
5, more than 3 years of relevant experience in automotive CAE analysis projects are preferred.
6, CET-4 or above
